Mechanism of action: Simethicone is a surface-active substance that has no systemic action and that reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the chyme and mucus of the digestive tract. This action results in the coalescence and dispersion of gas bubbles, so that the released gases can be reabsorbed through the intestinal wall and eliminated by intestinal peristalsis.
KiOtransine® is a prebiotic, high purity natural biopolymer patented by KitoZyme. It helps with constipation (stimulating intestinal transit), bloating and stomach pain. KiOtransine® is an innovative ingredient obtained from the mycelium of the fungus Aspergillus niger.

Gasimetin forte is recommended for adults for the purpose of:

Adults over 18 years of age: Pour the contents of 1 sachet directly into the mouth (water is not required) after a meal or before going to bed, at a maximum of 3 times a day.
